Shipping Information

We offer FREE Standard Ground Shipping on all orders $85 and over (excluding taxes).

Rene Furterer ships within the 48 contiguous U.S. states plus Alaska and Hawaii only. We do not ship outside the U.S. at this time.

 

*Due to the 2016 holiday schedule, orders placed after 2:00pm EST on Thursday, December 22nd will ship Tuesday, December 27th.

Shipping & Handling Rates

Rates are based on the merchandise total before tax

 

Orders received on Monday through Friday by 12 p.m. EST are shipped the same day. All other orders will be shipped the next business day.

Business Days & Holidays

Packages do not ship from our distribution centers on the following holidays:

• New Year's Day
• Memorial Day
• 4th of July
• Labor Day
• Thanksgiving
• Friday after Thanksgiving
• Christmas Eve Observed (Friday, December 23, 2016)
• Christmas Eve
• Christmas Day
• Christmas Day Observed (Monday, December 26, 2016)

Restricted Products

Certain items considered hazardous materials include aerosols and alcohol-based products (e.g., pressurized spray cans, hairspray, etc.) are restricted and required by the U.S. Department of Transportation to be shipped by ground-only transport, due to air transport restrictions and regulations.

If an order contains one of the following products, the entire shipment will ship by ground. Additionally, these products cannot be shipped at all to Alaska and Hawaii.

All our orders are shipped via UPS. When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your UPS tracking number.
